About Essenpreis Plumbing 20+ Year History of Serving Highland IL
Duane and his wife, Ruby, sold the business to two of its employees, Bob Fischer, and Bob Frey, in 1980. They kept the well-known name and grew the business until they retired in 2002.
When Brian began his plumber’s apprenticeship in 1989, he worked for a handful of contractors in the area, fine tuning his plumbing knowledge in both large commercial projects and residential service. In 1998 started his own business, Brian’s Plumbing. After almost four years, the business had an opportunity to grow even more when Bob Fischer and Bob Frey were ready to retire. In September 2002, Brian’s family purchased Essenpreis Plumbing which gave them a new opportunity to serve their community… a store front. Once again, they also kept the business name as well as the same great quality of work.
Brian is a 4th generation plumber with more than 30 years in the plumbing industry… this includes countless hours of continuing education and on-the-job experience that is hard to beat. He also serves on the Local 360 Plumbers and Apprenticeship Committee and has been an instructor for the Plumbers Apprenticeship classes which were held at the old BAC campus in Granite City. He has an impeccable reputation and is always honest and up front.
